Attorney Peter K. Menard

Attorney Peter K. Menard

Attorney Menard is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and in 2006 graduated from Western New England College School of Law.  While in law school Attorney Menard served as student prosecutor for the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office.  In this capacity he worked in the courtroom prosecuting arraignments and a variety of criminal hearings.  It was here that he was first introduced to excitement generated by having to “prove your case”.  Before entering the practice of trial work, Attorney Menard also served as the law clerk for the Honorable Mary E. Hurley in the Trial Court Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Upon graduating from law school Attorney Menard was a civil litigation assistant clerk for the Hartford Superior Court.  In this role he had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of the court system in Connecticut.  Attorney Menard then worked as a trial lawyer for an insurance defense firm defending cases for Allstate, Esurance and Encompass Insurance. He received the intensive two week training in trial advocacy in Chicago, Illinois provided by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.  During his time trying cases for insurance companies Attorney Menard tried dozens of jury cases.  This experience provided not only invaluable insights into how to prove your case to juries but also insights into the strategies of the insurance companies.  He has chosen to join our firm and use this knowledge to help their clients today obtain the best possible results against the insurance companies.

Attorney Menard joined our firm in 2017 after dealing with the attorneys there as adversaries for nine years; he was very excited to join their team of highly reputable and effective attorneys.

Attorney Menard lives in Massachusetts with his wife and 2 daughters.
